Le Taijutsu

Taijutsu is the foundation of Nin-Jutsu, it is divided into three main families:

01 Taihen Jutsu

Ninjutsu is the art of movement par excellence. There are several families of movements:

The movements related to the approach steps (which gave the image of the Ninja sneaking into a castle to accomplish his mission).

But also and above all the art of movement allows you to fight while changing the axis of direction.

02 Daken Taijutsu

the Daken Tai Jutsu includes all strikes as well as punches, kicks and in general all blows made with the body.

the Daken Tai Jutsu is divided into two:

the Koppo Jutsu : Bone-Shattering Blows

the Koshi Jutsu : Blows on the vital points.

It is also necessary to count on all the directions of strikes.

03 Ju Taijutsu

The Jū Tai-jutsu brings together all the techniques of twisting projections of strangulations as well as immobilizations.

01 Taihen Jutsu

Movements: To move is to know how to avoid a blow but also a danger.

Taihen Jutsu is the keystone of combat practice. If we know how to move then we know how to avoid a blow or a danger.

02 Daken Taijutsu

Strikes: Feet-fists-arm forms-hand forms-strike areas.

Each Martial Art has its own logic for delivering a punch or kick. In Nin-Jutsu it is a bit more complex than that. Because a punch brings together several families so that it is given and above all effective.

03 Ju Taijutsu

The "flexible" techniques: Torsions-strangulations-projections.

Body-to-body techniques, arm locks, leg locks, throws, strangulations, immobilizations. Finally, everything that is luxury breaks or twists a limb or body.
