Today's bases bring together all the common points of the 9 schools. Instead of studying a different wrist twist (in each school) a “general” twist was created. Thus when studying the schools, the student will have no difficulty in mastering the style of torsion specific to the system he is studying.

In the 9 schools are also all the weapons. These are taught in conjunction with the basics of clinch but the style of each school is preserved. The list of weapons is not complete.
